Our Cat Madeline went to Heaven yesterday unexpectedly. Hummel was recommended to us by a vet. These people are highly recommended for your pets. I don’t think I can go anywhere but them! They where the nicest and understandable people with this hard time.

I believe calling someone for payment less than 2 hours after they have put their beloved pet to sleep is extremely insensitive. I was shocked that they felt this was appropriate.

Paul and his staff were amazing!! Our situation was a little different as we had services in two states, but with their help things were very smooth. The support I’ve received from Hummel even after has been wonderful and I can’t thank them enough.

If I could give Hummel 10 stars, I would. The compassion and understanding shown to my family with my aunt’s passing was so appreciated by all. From the first discussion many months ago in pre-planning to the calls since the funeral were so comforting. While I hope we will not need their services for awhile, I will not hesitate for a second to call them with any questions or concerns. They are a blessing and I HIGHLY recommend them. Hummel made me feel so comfortable, they made the process of arranging payment and ordering the urn for my 6week old son so simple.
In the most breath takingly painful moments of my life I was greeted with empathy, love and a sense that my baby’s remains were safe in his last moments on this earthly plane. As I handed Kyle the blanket I wanted my precious baby wrapped in when he was cremated I felt a sense of honor, and respect that couldn’t have been matched.
I am ever grateful for the peace that the staff at Hummel, specifically Kyle, provided me.
Thank you for being such a wonderful group of people, Thank you for making the most painful decisions of my life easy and for checking in on me long after I was of any financial benefit to your company.
Hummel doesn’t just care when your money’s walking through the door, they care about you, your heart and your feelings. They know death better than most and the impact it makes on those still alive; they gracefully walk the family through the process of funeral arrangements, obituary, urn and casket ordering, everything, it was so simple and comfortable.
I highly, highly, recommend Hummel.

Area Cremation Group made making arrangements so easy. We used the online portal to select service options and it was very simple. I really enjoyed how open they were with their pricing. No confusion and great communication through the whole process.

My experience with the Area Cremation Group has been very positive. When my Mom recently passed, they provided the services we requested in a professional, caring manner. They clearly explained the options and did not pressure us to buy additional services or other items we were not interested in. They have also reached out to provide information on coping with grieving. Dean and Elizabeth have been very supportive and helpful throughout the process and I greatly appreciate that.
