Great experience, great car. Purchased a 2011 SRX with 56,000 miles and it’s in awesome shape….like new inside and out! Salesperson Kathy was great and low pressure. The car was not at the dealership, she took me to the detail shop to look at and test drive it. No way that car would have lasted 5 minutes if it got back to the dealership! It would have sold as soon as it got back on the lot. Thanks Kathy and Thanks Dave Towell Cadillac for an easy low pressure experience and a great car! Cannot tell you how satisfied I am.

I have always been a Chevy gal but not any more. I had the greatest experience at VanDevere Kia on Market Street in Akron. Ellery Moore made everything go smoothly and his calm, confident, professional demeanor was just made me feel great. He had to find the Yellow Seltos I wanted and he answered all my questions before and after I got the car. Great guy, great place. Please go see Ellery if you want a fantastic experience! The tea, coffee and snacks helped while waiting for the finance part of it all. Clean place too. Bathrooms were spotless!

I felt comfortable leasing my vehicle. Way better experience than I have had in the past with others. My salesman was awesome and didn’t make me feel like I was getting scammed. Mike Robinson was amazing to us and made us feel like priority to him. He also made our process leasing a vehicle very time efficient! Hi, leaving this review for Nico in sales at Van Devere Akron, OH. He was one of the best car salesmen I’ve been too. Very nice, police, and informative. Able to answer all of questions/needs. I also liked that he stayed in contact after my car purchase and able to answer general questions. Would recommend him and also the dealership to anyone thinking or looking about shopping for a used/new car. The free Forever Warranty that he told me about really comes in handy as well as the other warranties that are offered too, thanks!

Mike Robinson is an excellent Sales Associate! He was so kind, patient, helpful, caring, and honest throughout the whole process. You can tell that he wasn’t just trying to get a profit and sell me anything. He took time to learn about what I was looking for and find the best option.

If you are looking to purchase a used vehicle or finance a newer vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Mike Robinson directly.

Even though I live in Cleveland, I will travel to Akron for any repairs and needs. Excellent service.

This has been the best automobile buying experience I have ever had. Their level of professionalism has been amazing and their integrity is awesome. Good experience and friendly staff BUT, I recently bought a Hyundai Genesis coupe 3.8 from there and I did make it home. Unfortunately it died in the driveway, lost all power completely. Vehicle needed a main fuse that protects the car from short circuits, had a nail in the tire as well. It is used so minimal work is to be expected. Vehicles are overpriced. But overall it was a good experience and better than my previous experiences with other dealerships.

I had been looking for a while for a truck that was in great shape and reasonably priced. I finally found exactly that at Bel-Air Motors. All three of the guys were very friendly and easy to work with. We drove from an hour away to buy the truck, and they had the fluids topped off, the truck washed, and the paperwork ready to go so everything was fast and efficient…we were so impressed by that! The truck is great and we would definitely recommend Bel-Air Motors!
