Is there any reason why no one updated the hours due to the pandemic? This is the only bank I have access to (by bus) since the closest one to where I live closed their branch back in February.

If I could give less than 1 star I would they’ve been asking me for months at other branches to apply for a new credit card and I kept saying no so one day I’m in there at the tower branch for some other business and one of their clerks took it upon themselves to fill out credit application without my permission. It has negatively affected my credit and they will not help when I call they keep blowing me off saying it’s no big deal

Attempted to set up office appointment with one of the account specialists to restart or extend aa ready-check car loan. The loan specialist deferred me to phoning PNC to get this done. when on a subsequent call I requested an in bank appointment with the manager of the exchange street office, i again was deferred to the phone and the manager refused to give me an appointment. I then called the PNC customer service and waited for 20 minutes on hold only to find that the first person could not help me and the second person would have to “apply for an extension” send me an email and then send me a check (eventually) and could possibly overnight the check after the process was completed. All I wanted to do was set up an appointment. get some face time to obtain my loan, and walk out of the bank with the check. The receptionist at the PNC at 135 E. Exchange was pleasant. the loan specialist and then the manager were not welcoming and were not receptive to my request to come in and complete the process in a streamline fashion. This is bad business and I was and am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of service from this branch. Eric Lloyd

The teller was really rude because I had a disabilty bank card and was being very invasive when I would ask her a question if they still took the card at the teller she kept getting real high pitch saying go to the ATM and she was just rude will not be doing business with them no more

Nice tellers. Respectful and work timely. But the manager is very rude. She picks and chooses who she wants to help, and often others have to wait for longer periods of time. She has made comments that were impolite and offensive. In a customer service business everyone should be treated fairly, no matter their race, political views, or status. I think a little extra training for the manager would be great. When working with people of different backgrounds and status groups. I choose to use the drive thru now, due to her unwillingness to help “certain” people. I get a better experience that way. The tellers are polite and always smile.

OK. My husband has been a member for decades. Service used to be outstanding, but the staff is just not knowledgeable like it used to be. Last example: “Your debit card probably didn’t work because of the rain.” You get a lot of “mmm hmmms” and attitude for replies. My mother in law worked here for 25 years, so I know they get paid pretty lousy…guessing that’s partly why staff is sub-par anymore.

When there system crash the backlash hits EVERYONE! I am unable to use MY Debit card anywhere and it’s being declined! You can’t check your bank account and there is no after hour to call so someone can fix the problem so if it’s Saturday you’re without your money until Monday! UNACCEPTABLE

Branches are few and far in between. Going to move accounts over to the new Huntington across the street. I pass three of those branches wherever I go.

I closed my accounts years ago because they kept hitting me with late payment fees even though the money was in the bank. A class action case was filed and they lost. I will never do business with this bank again.
