I am updating my review. It appears they have improved the order online delivery costumer service experience. That plus the cookies are delicious and warm. Congrats insomnia. Sweets delivered to your door late at night. So delicious.

Delicious warm and fresh cookies! You can select cookies and ice cream to make your own ice cream sandwich. Nice staff and quick service. Also I find the boxes amusing.

My birthday was September 1st. So I received a birthday reward. The gift happened to be a dozen Hot glazed donuts!!! I just used it yesterday so that was on the 11th. So 10 days after my birthday the reward was still valid. So grateful. I took my dozen to a family that never had the hot glazed before! The loved them!

A lovely hidden gem in downtown Akron. I’ve been coming here for quite some time and I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff is beyond welcoming and friendly. I’ve never had anything from here that I don’t like. The macaroons are delicious! The cinnamon rolls are to die for! I’ve tried just about everything and it never disappoints. You’ve got to give it a try!!

went in for the first time the other day. ordered a stuffed croissant, quiche, and a biscuit. Nothing short of amazing on all three. Glad they talked me into getting the sausage gravy. Was outstanding.

Also had my first macaron, or what i will consider my first anyway, as it made any that I have had in the past a forgettable experience. It was awesome.

HIGHLY recommend.

These are the BEST cookies, not just on Ohio, but I dare say the entire world. My kids lose their cool when I come home with that white box of cookies (and I’m honestly right there with them). We love Travis, and LOVE his cookies!!

Got 2 cookies. The chocolate peanut butter was ok. It wasn’t good enough for me to eat the whole thing.
The other was cookies favorite cookie. That was bland, it didn’t taste like anything until the very center had a hidden oreo. The only tasty part was the oreo.

Great place to get something sustaining while visiting a patient. Decent prices and good food. Coffee, salads, soup, sandwiches, & baked goods available. I saw ER doctors there, too. If the staff eats there, you know it is quality.

Great way to distract yourself, too. Take a break and fuel yourself.

Waste of money. Food is ok if your willing to pay the price. Food and coffee taste is inconsistent. Iced coffee tastes different every time. And $4.28 for a iced vanilla latte is insane. Also the manager has an attitude and takes it personal when giving feedback, won’t even stir the latte to mix up the ingredients. And has now been teaching the new employees to do the same thing. Worst hospital restaurant I’ve ever experienced!

Went through Chef Gina for our wedding cake and sheet cakes for our reception. Numerous guests and I required a gluten free diet, something Gina provided. Gluten free cake is difficult, but these cakes were great! All of them were moist, flavorful, and decorated gorgeously! The wedding guests were complimenting the cake all night.

Beyond that, Gina was very helpful and communicative in deciding what options were best for us based on our number of guests. 10/10 would recommend!

Gina is a wonderful cake and cake pop baker! I ordered both for my daughter’s wedding and we got all positive comments. We had 3 different flavors with 3 different fillings and they were amazing! The cake pops were gone in a very short time! I would recommend her for any event!

Chef Gina did an amazing job with our wedding cake. We also had her do cookies for our big day; everything turned out awesome! All my guests kept coming up to me asking where I ordered the cake from and how good it was. I was so happy to work with Gina as she was easy to contact, responds quickly, explains things thoroughly, etc. We can’t say enough good things about her and we will continue to use her!
